Welcome to Dakhla, a paradise for beginners and water sports enthusiasts! This project was founded by Brahim Outaali in early 2025 to offer kitesurfing and wingfoiling lessons and courses suitable for all levels, in an ideal setting for tourism and exploring the region.
Passionate about watersports from an early age, Brahim taught kitesurfing and later wingfoiling at various watersports centers, gaining solid experience along the way. Backed by his IKO certification, he offers a teaching method that combines international standards with his own personal approach. As a Level 3 instructor and IWO coach, he provides kitesurfing and wingfoil lessons in Dakhla, tailored to both beginners and advanced riders.
Beyond his rigor, he enjoys teaching in a cheerful manner, offering a comprehensive experience where sports and human adventure go hand in hand with sharing. He knows how to adapt his communication style to encourage everyone and promote optimal progress.
